Vladimir Pavlović has gained expertise in corporate and commercial law, competition law, gaming law, and employment law throughout his professional career. He has participated in ICSID proceedings related to the recognition of ICSID decisions in the Republic of Serbia for their enforcement.
Vladimir actively represents and provides legal advice to domestic and international clients in the field of commercial law, as well as in regular corporate affairs. Given his extensive experience, Vladimir has participated inseveral UNDP programs related to the implementation of the Companies Act, as well as within the project of drafting the Gambling Law of Montenegro.
In the field of contracts and trade, Vladimir has specialized through practice in drafting contracts in various areas of business operations, as well as providing legal support to clients through all types of contractual relationships, from negotiations to the enforcement of contractual provisions, and potential litigation.
